I suppose it's a classic .... it's old enough for antique plates and is in very nice condition. It's a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750H1 LTD. I bought it early last summer and have spent most of the past 10 months getting the old girl up to snuff. Here's some pics of my restoration. First pic ... the day I bought it Frame off resto underway ... framed painted at this point Proud owner (me) and the KZ back on wheels Finished (or so I thought) last October Daughter lost control of my tractor and ran over the KZ 10 days after I had it done, Repairs and upgrades underway Finished (again) with the exception of some small details Another view Just as soon as the weather really breaks I'll take the old girl somewhere and get some really nice pics. Soon I hope !!!

Nice job on the old KZ 2m4dale !! Is that the infamous lawn mower in the background that did the number on the KZ ?

Thanks XS but it really does need a good cleaning ... finger prints and oil and grease from working on it and a winters worth of dust on the stuff that didn't need fixin' !!! ... Oh Well .... s'posed to rain for the next week ... I'll get it done this weekend .... I'm looking forward to that first ride to somewhere scenic when my bike is all nice and sparkly so I can get some really nice pics !!!

Nice for a 29 year old machine!! I once had a brand new 1982 KZ550 LTD that looked a lot like yours, just 2/3 scale. It brings back some good memories.
