Those were good fairings, I had a buddy who installed one on a 750-4 Honda. We put many miles on that bike, the fairing was flawless, no vibration cracks or imperfections.

The one on my old XS11 was great. No issues other it was close to needing a new wind shield. No cracks or anything. I'm pretty sure it was installed when the bike was pretty new. So over 35 years of use. It provided a little more protection than my Connie. And was much more stable around trucks and in crosswinds.
