Per a suggestion from Roadrunner, I have installed a page where you can post all of your favorite eating and watering holes. You can post any and all restaurants , bars and eating places you have been to, or places you would like to visit on one of your rides.
If you have been there, tell us about it, if you are going there, invite us along.

I hope somebody reads and posts here, I want a collection of them and within a few months or so I want to hit the "Jug" north of Marietta. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Oldbeemer, is that the place with the big cuckoo clock?
If it is, it was closed last time I went by there.

Dave, yes it closed, last summer I believe, There was a nice little restaurant in Winesburg ,but it too closed . It seem as if all the new restaurants are Mexican anymore. The one in Strasburg is pretty good.

The way you pack your bike is like a pack mule so you really need to gain a little weight so you can hold down your bikes better! ;D ;D Especially with your Harley soft luggage! ;D ;D GOTCHA!

Wow Jim - Really, really nice bike. I bet it does over 40 to the gallon even with all the luggage aboard and is quick, comfortable and sporty. Maybe I'm biased though!

Our American Legion Riders group does some RTEs each year. We go to a biker bar named Desperado's over near Indian Lake for Sunday steak and baked potato dinner. We also have an annual Der Dutchman Run on Labor Day weekend. This year we are starting to have "Ice Cream" runs on the first & third Wednesday of each month with a different ice cream joint as destination each time we go. Another Post in Willard is having a Steak Supper on Tuesday April 12th and we're riding over there at 6PM. Next month we're having a lunch ride after our 10AM meeeting in Bettsville on May 14th. I'm sure there will also be some spontaneous spur of the moment RTE rides as well!!

It's a nice little place with rivrside picnic tables and plenty of good parking. Can't say about the food, never ate there. shot me an email if you are ever headed this way.

Well yesterday I had the XS 11 restaurant open,I made a roast beef with hot pepper jack sandwich on a bun, wrapped in aluminium foil for about 12 miles, the cheese was melted, keep it well inside the meat otherwise it oozes out on the foil.It was hot and tasty...better than Arbys..I am hooked now:-)
