As far as technically advanced motorcycles - I ride a Honda Gold Wing and there is little to no repair required.
Gas - Oil - keep the tires inflated and ride. There are other brands that have the same advancements but thus far, I have owned 6 Gold Wings and the comfort is there, and since I lead a group of retirees each week on "Two wheel Tuesday" (but there are 3 wheelers that tend to sneak along anymore).
I need a CB radio to keep track of everyone and my Gold Wing has one...the tail gunner has a CB too, so we can communicate and keep everyone together hopefully in the same county or State. Anyway, at my age of 76, I love not having to do repairs.

Good points on the Wing,My 11 is 35 years old and it was advanced at its time. I have done very little to it till the 75000 mark when I upgraded the coils, plugs, first carb cleaning and sync.At 85000 now I do have one cyl not running but I will figure that out.If I get a new bike it will be a Wing or one of the Harley road bikes. Wish Yamaha made a road bike I liked.
