Time to start a new bike for Windber this year. I bought a new Azusa frame & fork that is totally rigid but that is going to change. I have a set of lower strut assemblies for the front forks and a set of coil over shocks for the rear suspension. The frame will have to get reworked to allow for a swing arm and coil over shocks. The Van-K wheels and tires are way too wide for the fork and frame so I will also have to make modifications for them to fit.

So there won't be anything left of the original parts. Way to go! ;D

That looks cool but I am going a little smaller on the engine. There are no other rules besides using an Azusa frame & fork.

I'm interested in this build X-90, please post some photos as you go along. Hope it turns out as good as the Tom Thumb.
Looking forward to some pics

I hated cutting a perfectly good front fork but it needs some springs and a wide tire. ;D
