I've never used anything but Stabil. Works great in the bikes, the tractor, the lawn mower and my portable generator.
In fact, I just started pouring some in yesterday in several ofthe bikes. Need to do the yard equipment next.
I buy the large sized bottle since I use a lot of it.

Sit over the winter??? What does that mean??
My GL1800 has a heated seat, heated grips and the wife and I have Gerbing heated jacket liners. Although we go to Florida in winter, it has been cold enough to frost the strawberry crops so the farmers spray water to keep the frost from killing them. So - we use all the things necessary to keep on riding throughout the winter.
Never have used Stabil or Seafoam. Maybe one day...!
Nice to get others opinion on this subject in case!
Thanks for the poll!

I like Seafoam because it cleans as you ride, however, I am concerned about Ethanol, so I might start using the new Sta-bil which is designed to stabilize Ethanol laced gas.

Stabil for storage. I fill the tank add stabil and let it run long enough to get into the carbs. I like Seafoam for cleaning. Watch the video on how to do the full Seafoam treatment on an old car. I've used it like that and it really does make a difference.

Sea Foam, for long term storage (small motors and diesel mower) here thru a few off use months. Run it through motorsickles at every service interval.
