Well December is here and to celebrate I decided to fire up the Road Warrior and head out for a quick ride to keep the battery charged. By God it's cold, but wrapped up well and in truth only my nose got cold!
Just out for about 35 minutes and took the chance to call into our eldest daughters for a mug of tea and a sweet Chilli cheese and salad wrap.
Can't beat these spur of the moment days off, to recover from flu and then realise that it isn't raining and the roads are dry!
So what better medicine to take than a December Motor Cycle ride?
Lets keep our knees in the breeze!

Hey Bill - you found a nice window in the current weather. I see Thursday is to be mild and wet - another window after our pathetic half inch of snow so I will get out then. As I look out the front window in Belfast today my senses are blurred by the changing conditions - overnight frost followed by high winds and heavy rain and now blinding sunshine with a thunder cloud coming from the horizon - and all in about ten minutes. As I heard in Ohio - "If you don't like the weather - give it a few minutes."

Hey Bill! Welcome home I guess? Yep can't say winter has really hit us yet, thank God!
I am hoping to get over to Cotter Motorcycles and get a new battery for the Road Warrior as not sure how old the current one is. I get out when ever I can and try and shut out the budget and the economy. When you hading back to Ohio?

Thanks Bill. I won't be able to go back to Ohio until about mid May 2012 as I have used up my 6 months visa. I have also a wedding to go to in early May so my biking season starts here. The guys here keep talking about Johnnie Fox's for lunch but other things keep cropping up. Maybe after Christmas - I'll let you know. It will probably be a Saturday.
