Lets start thinking about some group rides for next year. I know this past summer was not the best.....but lets make up for it next year. Remember that the rides don't have to be long and involved. Just share your favorite roads and destinations. It is always fun to get together with our fellow riders. The riding is fun and the stories, some even true, that are shared are worth it to. So lets get busy!!

The Motorcyclist Memorial in Hopedale is worth the ride even if you've seen it before. It's beautiful country, it would make an excellent destination for a group ride.

Jeffe (and all) I had planned to get down to Hocking county this year but did not make it. I definitely want to go this coming spring - when the salt and gravel have been cleared off! I am looking for and asking for suggestions of good roads in that area. Some have already made suggestions here. More ideas would be great including places to stay overnight and of course EAT . No date yet in mind - doesn't matter to me. This would be an overnight trip - at least for me since it is about 2.5 hours to there from home. Please post ideas here or email to me at davesss@hotmail.com Thankx P.S. For anyone interested in learning more about this area and its riding opportunities see www.motorcycleroads.us/regions/oh_buckeye.htmlA color coding system (red = twisty [See example], blue = sweepers, green = scenic, and brown = unpaved) to provide you with a feel for a road's character. There are short descriptions of each road posted by people who have actually ridden the routes show.

Crap and double crap, went shopping last night, was in the shops 30 minutes and when we came out the car was covered in 3 inches of snow! We have a foot of snow this morning and I am not even going to consider going to work!
