That's an awesome memorial, I never knew it existed. I'll have to remember to find it on one of my rides down south.

I think that it is important to remember fallen brothers and sisters some who we knew personally and some we don't but never the less we feel we know them because of the common bond of motor bikes.
I have lost friends over the years as the result of road traffic accidents and we all loose close family members through illness. We all know how dangerous life can be if we choose to ignore the obvious danger signs, lets all be careful out there, but never loose sight of why we choose to ride bikes. Now Sandman give it a rest, you sound like my Mum!

if ya'all do go down there, u can stop for a quick bite at the legion hall at the memorial. on a nice day, the pipes echo off the hill for a bit of an effect ya gotta be there to understand it.
