I've "driven" two but have ridden none Use to live at the base of the Smokeys in NC so have been on the Cherokala Skyway. Also used to live in FL so have been to Key West a few times. I think my favorite would have to be Alaska. I've always wanted to go there. Maybe one day I'll get to some of these roads on the bike. Probably have to wait a few years until my 10 year old is out of the house. Would love to get him into riding but he is less then interested at this point..

I have ridden both the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherolah Skyway so that makes 2. I have driven the Overseas Highway to Key West many times as my folks retired there back in '73!
I'm kinda surprised that Rt 800 from the Ohio River to Canton didn't make the list.

I have ridden most of them and some of them more than once. Going to the Sun Highway from Kalispell to Many Glacier Lodge and back is a scenic ride that is truly breathtaking. Tail of the Dragon - started doing that in the late 70's been there so many times - now it is really crowded. When we first started riding there the Tenn/NC state line was actually painted on the road. Glenn Highway in Alaska is awesome and is recommended if you go there as is the town of Talkeetna between Denali and Anchorage. Cherohala Skyway is a regular for me. Short ride from Robbinsville to Tellico Plains - not for the hot rod though. Ease through the curves and don't low side like a friend of mine did. San Juan Mtn Skyway is a great ride and have done that many times. Last time was last year (2007) as I have a nephew who rides a Harley Ultra Classic and lives in Grand Junction. Yellowstone Highway is a great ride also have many photos of Grand Tetons. We stayed in a little log motel in the town of Alpine on US 89 last time we were there. Key West Highway - did that this year - nice ride but I was not all that impressed. Southernmost Point was hard to get a good photo because of the crowd.

I'm now up to four since I just returned from riding the San Juan skyway,Yellowstone Highway and the Going to the Sun road.I previously rode the Pacific coast highway.
It's beyond me why the Beartooth Pass(212 from Red Lodge MT to Yellowstone) isn't on this list.
I couldn't agree more with Roadrunner's statement that the Going to the Sun Road is truly breathtaking.Everywhere you look there is unimaginably beautiful views, and colors that no artist could envision.
