Nope - no ice cream. Not even an Elvis sundae. Interesting conversation with a deputy sheriff though about his roots - Ulster scots. I checked the ethnicity of Ohio residents according to the last census and the Irish come second to the Germans at 15% to 29%. Maybe that's why I feel at home here even without a SSN!!

My ancesters came from Ireland in the mid 1800s, the name was O'Gorman, but later changed to Gorman. When my wife and myself were in Ireland for a visit, there were two pages of Gormans in the Dublin phone book.

Hey - those are great photos! I don't take many pictures anymore - my wife does cause she has two hands free most of the time. Generally when I go for any ride (except on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - she is back there with her camera.
I just bought her an amazing camera. I never had much faith in a Kodak camera until this new one came out.
I bought her a Kodak Z950 which has a 10x optical zoom. It is a 12 megapixel camera but I have to reduce it to 6 megapixel because my software will not open anything that large.
follow this link - www.staples.com/Kodak-EasyShare-Z950-Digital-Camera/product-nr_814621
Anyway - Any photo you take is better than no photos at all. A picture is worth a thousand words ...

Roadrunner - you have hit the nail on the head. The gift of description pales in comparison to a good photograph and digital cameras allow for exactly that. Normally I opt for Canon but have found Fuji, Kodak, Pentax, Nikon and Olympus all up to the mark and no need for big dollars. My Fuji at a reduced $89 dollars competes with the Canon Digital SLR at $800 + when uploading because of broadband restrictions. The fact that Ohio and Ireland are photogenic helps especially when a motorcycle is placed in the foreground. Keep them coming!!
