Bill, I don't know why you would want to provoke a reaction? The photo's are from a lovely part of the world, but my God ye Guys must have deep pockets if you stayed in Ashford Castle!
The Round Tower is a common enough sight around here, Glendalough and Clondalkin spring to mind.

Bill - Phil and Sam remembered you well. That was a great day with dozens of riders taking advantage of Phil's hospitality and the police Bikesafe observed rides. Possibly 3 riders dying in single bike crashes in 2 weekends in the North had a lot to do with it. The reaction I anticipated was about Ashford - it was purely a photo opportunity on the way to Achill Sound. My whole months pension would go on a single night stay there. The other guys might have been able to afford it but they would have had to sell their bikes for a second night!!
Shoe - the photos of Ireland were taken a while ago - I'm not sure my memory would stand up to where and when I was there. I hope the photos convey some of the beauty of Ireland. You all know about the beauty of Ohio but as they were more recent I can say they were close to Alliance - Rte 172; near DellRoy and finally just outside Paris. I find the barns fascinating - particularly the older and sometimes decaying ones. As for the colour of hair compared to the bikes - good observation - I can't explain but to conform my future bikes will have to be silver turning to white turning to "gone".

Great photos Bill, I especially like the ones with the lake and Castle in the back ground. I didn't see a photo of the "Busa". I do recognize the photos from here in Ohio. I grew up in Freeburg within 200 feet of the brown brick building that has the windows bricked shut.
Great pics of Ireland, we will take all of those we can get.

Cool photos, doesn't Bill own the castle? I wish, but then it would be full of rich Americans! I might not want to talk to you guys again! X90 you know the old saying an 'Englishman's home is his Castle!'Well that also goes for an Englishman living in Ireland for more years than he lived in England!
