History channel has been running a series on the Lincoln highway and it peeked my interest about some of the old sections. Ohio has some of the old brick rd still around. I found one such section while following the Robertsville rd / Paris rd south crossing Rt. 30 about 100 ft you turn left up across the tracks and you will come to the brick section which is rough but interesting. The TV special talks about two guys crossing the nation on the Lincoln highway on motor scooters. Most of it zigs and zags across and along with Rt. 30.

I know where the brick portion is, as a matter of fact, I just saw it this summer. This is the brick main street in Minerva Ohio, this photo was taken not more than 30 feet south of the Old Lincoln Highway.
