I know this pic is out of order but my tablet is not doing what I tell it to. I took the BRP back to the camp ground. Sometimes you do get into the clouds. I then rode The Tail of the Dragon. This The Tree of Shame. And no I had nothing to add.

Did you make it over to the foothills parkway or the Cherahola skyway?
I would guess the Gap was pretty deserted this time of the year on a weekday.
I'm still very jealous.... ;D

Met this guy up the parkway. He rides his scooter to work on the parkway. He works at the Pisgah Inn. The rangers tried to shut it down but the owner refused. So they just locked all the entrances. Even when I'm not working I still kill bugs. Few more pics. I rode a couple of the local roads today. 151 and 215. They are very close to being as hard as the Dragon.I like them better because they have little to no traffic. I was told that 151 has only one less curve per mile than the Dragon. I'm heading back tomorrow morning. Its about an 8 hour ride.

Or get a terry cloth towel and wet it (soaking) with hot water. Lay the towel on the windshield or fairing for a while and they come right off.
