Was out on the Wing today. Mohican, Glenmont, Killbuck, Mohawk Dam, and back north. About 250 miles today. Still a lot of water behind Mohawk Dam but 715 is now open again (even though the road signs say otherwise).
Beautiful day for a ride.

I combined some vacation time and a work conference this week. The conference was is Hershey PA. I then rode to Gettysburg and spent part of the day Friday there. Around 925 miles for the week.

The only thing I was riding today was a golf cart at Boulder Creek in Streetsboro. Beautiful day until around 4 p.m. when a very strong thunderstorm rolled through for about 30 minutes or so.
Watching the 10 o'clock news now and see that Massillon area got hit pretty hard. XS, you guys okay tonight ?

I got some heavy rain and thunder but it was over in about five minutes. If I had been on a bike it would have been a bridge moment.

I saw a poor soul sitting at a traffic light while it was pouring rain...he didn't have rain gear, only a tee shirt and shorts. I figured he was out getting his shower and a bike wash for the day.

Tee shirt and shorts? Sounds like a bad way to ride a motorcycle.

I was out riding over the weekend. The places on my head where I had surgery are still a little tendar. About two hours wearing a helmet are my limit. It's getting better every day.

Well its been 5 months since I tore up my ankle. It finally had enough strength where I felt comfortable to ride. So I got in a quick 30 mike ride. Felt great.
