Hello from Dublin, Ireland, as usual it's raining again today! It's a well run forum, with plenty of good humoured banter, well mostly. I have recently moved to Yamaha after owing a Triumph and a Harley and way back had ridden Norton's and an old XLCH Sportster from 1977. Now I have a Road Warrior (Midnight), great bike, after all XS has been telling me since 1975 how good Yamaha's are.

Welcome Yamaha Mama. You came to the right place, they LOVE yamaha's around here! (Even if Honda's are better). ;D
We are all hoping for a nice sunny fall day for this ride. Keep your fingers crossed.

Thanks for the greetings.
Bill, yeah for recently moving to a Yamaha! It sounds like your weather is about the same as ours is right now.
Dublin, Ireland seems like a wonderful place to visit. Too bad that we can't do a road trip across the "pond". -I know that Yamaha's are great bikes, but...
davecbrf3, gee, it should be easy for me to figure out how to post pictures. I really don't have any excuses for not heading out to the garage and snapping a photo of my bike. Then again, a little intrigue about the Yamaha "Mystery" Mama wouldn't hurt, would it?! LOL

Too bad we're not going this Saturday. Weather is supposed to be great.
I'm heading to Kinzua on Friday, and hope to make it to Amish Country on Saturday.

The Kinzua Trestle is an interesting park too. not far from there is the "Grand Canyon" of PA, nice canyon but a bit like the real ting.

Depending upon the weather, I hope make it. 10 a.m. at Speedway in Millersburg ? Is that just south of the courthouse on Rt. 62 ? On Columbus Day we rode from Loudonville down to Dresden off Rt. 60. There is a place called The Depot that is pretty good. We had pulled pork BBQ which was very good. Lots of other menu choices if you don't like BBQ. www.depotpub.com/

The weather isn't looking favorable for me... I gotta have at least 70 degrees or I'll be miserable the whole time. Plus, it looks like I'll be babysitting my nephew until at least noon. You guys eat good and take some good pictures!

Guys, Because of the ongoing issue with my Mom I will not be able to lead the ride this Saturday. If someone else wants to take the lead I would be fine with that. Because of time restraints I was not able to pre-ride the ride so it would be done on the fly. I did ave a route planned and would pass it along. If no one leads this Saturday I may be able to do something the following weekend, weather permitting. Sorry everyone.
