The 2011 Progressive International Motorcycle Show will be at the IX Center in Cleveland Ohio beginning Jan 28th 2011. I hope to attend this year's show. If there are others interested, we should plan some type of group outing to the show and maybe dinner afterward. Please add any comments / ideas to this thread. davecbrf3 link to show info: www.motorcycleshows.com/Cleveland

It looks like we will have the X-90s in the AMCA booth so we will be there all day Friday and Sunday.

Looking ahead it appears that Jeff has Saturday, January 29th off of work. So, that day works best for us!

We're planning to be there on Saturday.
If anyone needs discount code for on-line tickets, use PROOH426 (O = letter not digits)
Tickets are $11.00 with code vs. $15 w/o
Plus, printing them on your own printer will eliminate the need to stand in the long line at the ticket window.

Mrs. Wahoo and I had a nice afternoon at the Motorcycle Show today. We even got our photos taken with Flo from Progressive (well....Flo's in the photos thanks to the magic of computers anyway) ;D
We remembered to stop by and said hello to X90rider too !
Looking forward to riding with you this summer.

The bike show was packed yesterday with isles full of people looking and shopping. It was nice to finally meet Wahoo and Mrs. Wahoo when they came by the AMCA booth. Today things should be a little quieter at the show.

A companion event to the popular Sturgis Rally in South Dakota is coming to Harrisburg this spring and will attract motorcycle enthusiasts to the region, according to the Hershey Harrisburg Regional Visitors Bureau.
The local event scheduled for April 15-17 the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center will kick off the 2011 Sturgis Road Show. Planners hope to draw in visitors from across the Mid-Atlantic region who do not make the annual pilgrimage to South Dakota for the Sturgis Rally, according to an event news release.
Between 30,000 and 50,000 riders are expected for the event, many of whom will stay in area hotels overnight, said Rick Dunlap, director of public relations for the bureau.
If the event attracts 35,000 riders and 50 exhibitors, the economic impact will be about $7 million for area hotels, restaurants and other businesses, Dunlap said.
The Farm Show Complex is one of the only venues large enough and strategically placed within the region to accommodate the show, Dunlap said.

$7 million in visitor revenue and at least $2 million in revenue for the construction trades repairing the damage to the motel rooms. ;-)
